60 milliliters Whipped cream (at least 30% fat content)

Preparation steps

Boil 600 ml (approximately 2 cups) of water, add the ground coffee and let stand for 5 minutes. Beat the heavy cream until semi-stiff.

Rinse the inside of the glasses with hot water. Add 1-2 sugar cubes to each glass, to taste, and mix with 2 tablespoons rum. Strain the coffee through a very fine sieve or coffee filter and pour into the glasses. Top each with whipped cream and serve immediately.
