Easily turn this into a mocktail by replacing the wine with sparkling grape juice.
Rinse and halve the pear. Remove the core, and cut 4 thin slices for garnish. Drizzle immediately with the lemon juice. Peel and dice the remaining pear. Arrange the diced pear into four glasses.
Fill each glass with 2/3 of an ounce of the pear liqueur. Fill the glasses halfway with the sparkling wine, then top with the orange juice. Garnish with the rosemary and the pear slices, and serve.
