champagne or Champagne (rose)
Rose petals (of unsprayed roses)

Preparation steps

1.

Stir the rose syrup and schnapps together, then add champagne. Add chopped rose petals as desired. Pour mixture in a flat metal tray and place in the freezer.

2.

When the liquid begins to freeze, stir with a spoon. Stir every 30 minutes until frozen. To serve, scrape a frozen layer with a spoon and fill into glasses.
