2 handfuls Rose petal (unsprayed and very fresh)
8 ounces white wine
8 ounces Apple juice
10 ounces jam sugar (2: 1)
2 tablespoons dried Rose petal

Preparation steps

1.

Cut fresh rose petals into strips, pour wine and juice to submerge, cover and infuse for 48 hours. Drain, squeeze through a fine sieve and mix liquid with preserving sugar and dried rose petals.

2.

Boil for about 4 minutes while stirring and then pour into prepared jars. To preserve jelly for longer, you will need to process the jars according to manufacturer's instructions.
