- 16 Lychee
- 2 dried Rose petal
- few drops Rose oil
- Crushed ice
- 2 centiliters Rum
- 100 milliliters Grapefruit juice
- chilled Sparkling wine (as needed)
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the lychees, remove the pits and set 1 aside. Chop the rest finely. Mix with the rose petals, rose oil, crushed ice and juice in a blender until mixed thoroughly and pour into a cocktail glass.

Pour in the sparkling wine to fill the glass. Place the lychee on a cocktail skewer and garnish the cocktail. Serve immediately.
