Rocky Road Cake
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).
Coarsely chop the butter cookies with the peanuts and place in a bowl with the flour, baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs, butter and the milk and stir until a spreadable paste is formed. Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath and fold along with the marshmallows into the batter. Pour into the glass baking dish and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool in th pan on a wire rack.
