7 ozs Broccoli
4 ozs Frozen pea

1 Tbsp soy sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse rice and boil with about twice the amount of lightly salted water. Cover and cook without stirring over low heat for about 40 minutes. Remove the rice from the heat and let soak for 10 minutes. Drain any remaining water.

Rinse broccoli, divide into florets and cook with the peas in boiling salted water for 4 -5 minutes. Lift out, rinse and drain. Season rice with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix in broccoli and peas and serve immediately.
