Preparation steps

1.

Rinse rice under running water in a colander, then boil with almost twice the amount of lightly salted water. Add the spices, cover, and cook on very low heat for about 20 minutes. 

2.

Fry sausage in 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat until brown.

Peel the banana and cut into 1 cm slices. Brown lightly on both sides in remaining butter.

4.

Gently mix the bananas into the rice, pour the mixture into a bowl and add the sausages. Serve with some fresh coriander garnish.
