3 tablespoons sugar
2 ounces Apple juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
14 ounces Whipped cream
2 tablespoons Vanilla sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the rhubarb, trim and cut into small pieces. Bring to a boil with the sugar, apple juice and lemon juice, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool, uncovered.

Whip the heavy cream and vanilla sugar until stiff. Layer alternately in 4 serving glasses with the rhubarbs. Gently mix together and serve with a spoon.
