200 grams Pastry flour
110 grams sugar

100 grams butter

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). In a bowl, mix flour, 70 grams (approximately 2 1/2 ounces) sugar, egg and cold butter cubes quickly and knead into a dough. Roll dough out on floured work surface. Press dough into a greased springform pan until the bottom is lined and a border edge is formed. Prebake dough in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Finely crush amaretto cookies with a rolling pin. Rinse rhubarb, trim and cut diagonally into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) wide pieces. Rinse strawberries and cut in half.

Spread half of cookie crumbs on the prebaked crust, cover with rhubarb and strawberries. Mix remaining sugar with remaining cookie crumbs and sprinkle on the fruit. Place tart in preheated oven 25 minutes. Bake. Let cool before serving.
