Refreshing Strawberry Popsicles
Trim the strawberries, rinse and drain. Puree until slightly lumpy. Boil the sugar with 120 ml (appoximately 1/2 cup) of water until syrupy, then allow to cool. Then stir in the strawberry puree, lemon juice, zest, lemon liqueur and yogurt. Beat the cream until stiff and fold into berry mixture. Fill popsicle molds and freeze at least 5 hours. Insert wooden sticks after about 1 hour.
