4 pcs organic Cucumber (in long strips)
3 Tbsps organic Zest (lime)
4 leaves mint or Lemon balm
6 ozs sugar
1 Vanilla bean

Preparation steps

Place juice and zest in a bowl and pour in approximately 1 3/4 cups of water.

Cover and let infuse overnight. Place the sugar in a saucepan with the vanilla pod and 1 1/4 cups of water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Allow the syrup to cool slightly and remove vanilla bean. Pour the lime juice through a sieve into a bowl, add the sugar syrup and mix well.

Rinse the lime in hot water, cut into slices, and place in a large pitcher with the cucumber peel and mint leaves. Pour in limeade and chill.

To serve, place some lime slices, cucumber strips, and ice into glasses and fill with limeade.
