- 4 Bell pepper
- 2 garlic (peeled)
- 1 slice white bread (coarsely chopped)
- 250 milliliters olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon Cumin
- cayenne pepper
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Soak the peppers for 20 minutes. Puree the peppers with the garlic, white bread, olive oil, and cumin. Season to taste with cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Season to taste with vinegar, and stir until combined.
