Preparation steps

Rinse and halve the grapes. Bring to a boil with 150 ml (approximately 5 ounces) of water. Reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for 15 minutes. Pass through a fine strainer lined with cheesecloth set over a bowl. Drain overnight, and squeeze the mixture in the cheesecloth to extract all the juice.

Sweeten to taste with honey, pour into bottles, and seal tightly. Store in a dark, cool place.
