For the herb dip
1 ⅛ cupslow-fat cream cheese
½ cupsnatural Yogurt
2 tablespoonsherb e. g dill, chives, parsley; chopped
2carrots cut into sticks
2yellow peppers cut into sticks
2red peppers cut into sticks
2 sticksCelery cut into smaller sticks
1Cucumber cut into sticks
To garnish
1 sprigDill
1 sprigparsley
Lettuce leaves

Directions

1 To make the dip, mix the cream cheese with the yogurt and herbs then season with salt and ground black pepper. Spoon into a serving bowl.
2 Arrange the vegetable sticks in another bowl.
3 Garnish the dip with the dill and parsley and serve with lettuce.
