750 grams mixed Vegetables (as desired, such as carrots, peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, green asparagus, etc.)
200 grams Quark
50 grams Whipped cream
50 grams Crème fraiche
salt
freshly ground peppers
Chives (1/2 bunch)
parsley (1/2 bunch)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and peel vegetables, where appropriate. Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces, slices or strips.

Mix quark with sour cream and creme fraiche until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse herbs, shake dry, chop and stir into the quark. Serve quark dip with vegetables.
