1 small Cauliflower
1 Broccoli
250 grams button Mushroom (white, smaller)
300 grams Baby carrot
1 Cucumber
250 grams Grape tomato
2 Tbsps lemon juice
For the dip
200 grams Sour cream
100 grams Quark
2 Tbsps Whipped cream
1 generous pinch granular Vegetable broth
herb salt
freshly ground peppers
1 generous pinch Granulated garlic

Preparation steps

Rinse the vegetables thoroughly. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Rinse and peel the carrots, then drizzle with the lemon juice so it doesn't oxidize. Wipe the mushrooms with a dry kitchen towel, and cut into slices if you'd like. Thinly slice half of the cucumber. Peel the other half, remove the seeds, and julienne.

Mix all the ingredients for the tip, season to taste, and transfer to a bowl. Place the bowl on a platter, arrange the vegetables around it, and serve.
