- 2 ½ cups Fish (e. g. turbot, finely sliced)
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 2 scallions (sliced on the diagonal)
- 1 red chili pepper (finely sliced into rings)
- 1 sprig Dill (tips picked)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- peppercorns (crushed)
- ground Sea salt
Preparation steps

Arrange the slices of fish on plates or on a large serving dish. Drizzle with lime juice, wrap in cling film and marinate in the refrigerator for around 15 minutes.

Take the fish out of the refrigerator and scatter over the spring onions, chilli and dill. Drizzle with oil. Season with crushed black pepper and smoked sea salt, and serve.
