100 milliliters

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

1.

For the fried onions: Peel the onion and thinly slice. Toss with the flour and fry until golden brown in the hot oil. Drain on paper towels.

For the sauce: Sweat the garlic in butter until softened. Deglaze with white wine and then pour in the cream and broth. Let reduce slightly and then remove from the heat. Stir in the sour cream and Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the ravioli in a baking dish and pour the cream sauce over top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Serve sprinkled with fried onions.
