Raspberry Quark Cream Desserts
Purée around half the raspberries with the orange juice. Press the mixture through a sieve. Mix the raspberry purée with the quark, honey and yoghurt until smooth. Whip the cream into stiff peaks and fold into the raspberry mixture.
Arrange a few raspberries in glasses and top with the cream mixture. Serve garnished with the remaining raspberries, chocolate and mint.
