- 4 Tbsps Raspberry syrup
- ½ l milk
- 2 Tbsps sugar (or liquid honey)
- mint (for garnish)
- 2 tsps chopped Pistachio
Preparation

Rinse the raspberries. Puree the milk, sugar (or honey) and 1/3 of the raspberries. Stir in the remaining raspberries.

Divide the raspberry syrup between four glasses. Pour in the raspberry milk. Serve garnished with mint leaf and pistachios.
