Preparation steps

1.
Wash the raspberries, then pack into a jar in layers with the sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Add the white rum and put in a sunny place for 1-2 weeks.

Shake vigorously from time to time. Finally strain through a sieve lined with a coffee filter, then bottle and cork. Store in a cool place for at least 2 weeks before using.
