Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lemon balm and pat dry.

2.

Bring the raspberry juice, apple juice and jam sugar to a boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the liqueur.

3.

Pour the lemon balm into a prepared jar. Pour in the jam. Seal tightly, let cool and serve.
