1 ⅕ kilograms Raspberries
1 organic lemon (juice)
1 kilogram jam sugar (1:1)
4 centiliters Raspberry liqueur

Preparation steps

Rinse the raspberries and mix with the lemon juice and 250 ml (approximately 8.5 ounces) of water. Bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Line a sieve with cloth and drain the raspberries overnight, catching the juice in a pot.

The next day, squeeze out the juice from the cloth. Add water to the juice in order to make 1 liter (approximately 4.5 cups). Mix with the jam sugar and raspberry liqueur. Bring to a boil and cook for about 4 minutes. Pour the jelly into prepared jars, close tightly and flip upside down for 10 minutes. Turn right side up and leave to cool. Serve at will.
