Preparation steps

For the granita: Using an immersion blender, puree raspberries with sugar, lemon juice and liqueur. Pour mixture into a shallow metal pan and place in the freezer until frozen. Stir mixture every 30 minutes with a fork to prevent large ice crystals from forming.

2.

To serve, place scoops of granita in glasses or in chocolate bowls (store-bought product).
