Preparation steps

1.

Clean raspberries, mix with powdered sugar and wine and puree. Strain puree through a sieve, place mixture into a freezer bag and flatten slightly. Seal bag and freeze for 2-3 hours.

2.

Pound mixture with a meat mullet to crushed ice. Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with fresh raspberries.
