100 grams ground almonds
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 egg
125 grams sugar
1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
80 milliliters vegetable oil
250 milliliters Buttermilk
100 grams Mini Marshmallow
For the topping
250 grams powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Raspberry syrup
1 tablespoon milk

Preparation steps

For the donuts, preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Lightly butter and flour a donut pan.

Mix the flour with the almonds and the baking powder. Beat the egg with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the oil and the buttermilk while stirring. Add the flour and mix until the dough is smooth. Fold in about half of the marshmallows and pipe the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for about 25 minutes, until light golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.

For the topping, mix the powdered sugar with the raspberry syrup and milk to form a thick glaze. Allow to dry and decorate with the remaining marshmallows.
