500 grams Raspberries
750 grams jam sugar (2:1)
2 tablespoons chopped mint

Preparation steps

Rinse berries and let drain. Remove currants from stems and mix together with the raspberries and mash until liquified (mixture should yield about 1.5 liters, or approximately 6 1/3 cups of juice). In a pot, mix juice with jam sugar, bring to a boil and cook, stirring, 4-5 minutes. Stir in mint and pour jam immediately into prepared hot jars and seal.

Invert jars, let cool a few minutes, turn right-side up, and let cool completely.
