Healthy, because

Even smarter

Mmmm, that smells so good! These juicy raisin rolls not only offer a lot of enjoyment: thanks to its low fat content, the yeast dough is a real figure-flatterer among doughs. In addition, almond flour provides a lot of satiating protein without burdening the calorie account!

Raisin rolls taste irresistible on their own. Fruit lovers will love the sweet rolls with cream cheese and a jam!

Preparation steps

1.

Dissolve the yeast in the milk with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar until smooth. Combine the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour in the yeast mixture. Knead with the kneading hook of an electric mixer to form a smooth dough, and until it no longer sticks to the edges of the bowl.

2.

Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

3.

On a lightly floured surface, knead out the dough, then divide it into 16 equal portions. Shape the portions into balls and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Cut each bun with a knife crosswise and let sit, covered, for about 15 minutes. Beat the egg yolk with the milk, brush the buns with the mixture and sprinkle with granulated sugar.

4.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove buns and let cool.
