Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, dry and quarter radishes. Peel cucumber and halve lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into cubes.

Mix quark with broth until smooth. Add dill, raisins and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Toss cucumber and radishes with the dressing and let stand for about 10 minutes.

Cut feta cheese into cubes. Sprinkle salad with feta cubes and serve.
