6 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch sugar

500 grams Rolls
1 bunch Cress

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry radishes, cut into thin slices.

2.

Combine lemon juice, vinegar and oil. Season with sugar, salt and pepper. Toss radish slices with dressing. Add watercress to the salad and mix well. 

3.

Arrange radish salad on plates and top with pickled herring. Serve.
