Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and finely chop the radishes. Season with salt to taste. Rinse the chives, shake dry and thinly slice. In a bowl, stir the cottage cheese with the quark. Stir the lemon juice, radishes and 1 teaspoon of the chives into the cheese mixture. Serve sprinkled with chives.
