1 bunch Radish (preferably organic radishes; about 250 grams)
30 grams Yogurt (3.5% fat)

1 Paper towel, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Bowl

Preparation steps

Rinse the herring, pat dry and chop finely.

Drain the pickled green pepper in a sieve, rinse and drain again.

Rinse radishes, wipe dry and chop finely. Add to the herring. Rinse radish greens, shake dry, pluck leaves and set aside.

Chop green pepper and fold into the herring mixture. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Reserve some radish leaves for garnish. Finely chop the rest and add to the herring tartare. Stir in yogurt.
