Radicchio, Mortadella and Provolone Tramezzini
Remove the crust from the bread. Season the mayonnaise with salt and pepper. Separate the radicchio leaves, rinse and drain well.
Spread one side of each slice of bread with the mayonnaise. Top 6 slices with radicchio, mortadella and thin slices of cheese. Top with the remaining bread, halve diagonally and serve in napkins.
