Quark with Carrots, Radishes and Chives
Peel, trim and finely dice carrot. Blanch carrot in salted boiling water, about 1 minute. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Rinse, trim and finely dice radishes.
Rinse chives, shake dry and cut crosswise into small rings. Mix quark with sour cream and yogurt. Stir in vegetables and chives and season with salt and pepper. Serve in glasses.
