Quark Pudding with Fruit
Rinse, trim and slice the strawberries.
Peel kiwis and cut into wedges.
Separate the eggs. Mix the yolks with cottage cheese, vanilla and lemon zest until smooth. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff and fold with the cornstarch into the quark mixture. In a buttered baking dish, fill and distribute the fruit. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
