Healthy, because

Even smarter

The quark casserole with cherries is just the thing when sweet hunger is tempting! Spelt semolina provides satiating fibre, while eggs and low-fat curd keep you fit: the high protein content of low-fat curd helps build muscle; it also prevents the body from breaking down muscle mass instead of fat when dieting. In addition, the glutamine it contains supports the body in regeneration after workouts.

For the quark casserole with cherries you only need sour cherries from the jar. You don't need the cherry juice, but you can collect it when draining and use it for the cherry-banana muesli or the curdplants with spiced cherry compote.
