Preparation steps

1.

For the dumplings, mix the eggs with quark and oatmeal. Cut 100 grams (approximately ½ cup) camembert into small cubes and stir into the quark mixture. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Cut the remaining camembert into 12 pieces.

2.

Make 12 dumplings from the quark mixture and stuff each dumpling with one camembert cheese cube in the middle. Bopil plenty salt water in a large pot and put the dumplings into it. Let simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

3.

For the spinach, rinse the spinach thoroughly and sort. Peel the onion and garlic, and chop finely. Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry the onion and garlic until golden. Add the spinach and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

4.

Lift the dumplings with a slotted spoon from the water and drain. Serve the dumplings with the spinach.
