1 Baking sheet, 2 Bowls, 2 Plates, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Fine grater

Preparation steps

Rinse the berries gently and drain well. Cut strawberries in half, if using. Melt the butter and let cool slightly.

Rinse lemon in hot water, wipe dry and finely grate 1 tablespoon zest. Separate the egg. Mix together the lemon zest with the quark, egg yolks, butter, 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar and cornstarch in a bowl.

Season egg whites with a pinch of salt, sprinkle with remaining sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
