1 Bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Fine grater, 1 Small knife, 1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender, 1 large Pot, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Skillet, 1 Slotted spoon

Beat quark and eggs in a bowl until smooth. Gradually add the flour, semolina and 1 pinch of salt. Let soak briefly.

Meanwhile, rinse lemon with hot water, pat dry and finely grate the peel.

Rinse strawberries, chop coarsely and place in a tall vessel. Puree strawberries, grated lemon peel, honey and a pinch of cinnamon with an immersion blender.

Fill a large shallow pan with plenty of water and 1 teaspoon of salt and bring to a boil. Use a tablespoon to make small dumplings from the quark dough (if the mixture feels too loose, add a little semolina).

Gently slide dumplings into the boiling water and reduce heat immediately. Allow dumplings to simmer over low heat until they float to the surface, about 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat butter and oil in a skillet. Toast bread crumbs until they turn golden brown.
