Preparation steps

Rinse, peel and core pears and cut into wedges. Heat butter in a pan and add pears. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and lemon juice and briefly saute. Drizzle with brandy and let cool.

Finely grate potatoes into a bowl. Add flour, quark, a pinch of salt, eggs and raisins and knead into a smooth dough. Form small dumplings. Heat the clarified butter and fry until golden brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Serve with pears and garnish with mint if desired.
