100 milliliters Whipped cream
200 grams Quark
2 tablespoons sugar (40 grams)
2 tablespoons chopped Pistachio (30 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, hull and chop strawberries. Rinse half a lemon with hot water, pat dry and finely grate a pinch. Squeeze juice from lemon half.

Mix strawberries with orange juice and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.

3.

Puree approximately 2 tablespoons of strawberries until smooth.

4.

Whip cream to soft peaks. Mix cream with quark, sugar and lemon zest.

5.

Divide strawberries among 4 bowls and top with quark cream. Drizzle with pureed strawberry sauce and sprinkle with pistachios.
