3 egg yolks
30 grams powdered sugar

1 centiliter Rum
½ tablespoon cornstarch
100 grams Quark
40 grams Whipped cream
125 grams Marzipan (mashed or grated)
3 egg whites
2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Whisk egg yolks with powdered sugar in a metal bowl obe rhot water bath until fluffy.

Add 1 pinch of salt, scraped vanilla seeds, cornstarch, rum and quark. Whisk well.

Combine marzipan with cream in a blender and add to quark mixture. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff, carefully fold into cream. Pour mixture into buttered and sprinkled with sugar ramekins, 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) below the rim. Place ramekins into a baking dish, pour hot water and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
