300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 packets Vanilla sugar
2 Tbsps sugar
200 grams Biscotti (Italian almond cookies)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, halve and remove seeds from grapes, if necessary. Mix lemon juice with grape juice. Set about 70 ml (approximately 1/3 cup) of the juice mixture aside.

Combine remaining juice mixture with quark, yogurt, vanilla sugar and sugar.

Line a baking dish with a layer of biscotti. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of the grape juice mixture. Spread half of the grapes on the biscotti and cover with half of the quark-cream. Repeat layer with remaining ingredients, ending with the quark-cream. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
