Quark Cream with Grapes
Rinse the grapes, cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds to taste. Mix with the grape juice.
Grate 2 tablespoons of coconut.
Mix the coconut with the quark, cream and vanilla sugar.
Rinse the pears, remove the cores and skin. Cut into quarters then into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice and fold into the grapes.
Spread 2/3 of the fruit mixture in glasses. Cover with a layer of quark and top with the remaining fruit. Using a potato peeler, chip off some coconut and sprinkle on the fruit cup. Garnish with mint leaves.
