Quark Cream with Blackberries
Rinse blackberries, pat dry with a paper towel, and combine with crème de cassis. Let marinate a few minutes.
Beat eggnog until with sugar until creamy. Stir in quark and yogurt. Beat cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream and half of the blackberries into quark mixture.
Divide quark-cream among dessert bowls and garnish with remaining blackberries. Serve garnished with mint.
