Lettuce

Celery (chopped)
carrots (peeled and sliced)
salt
peppers
200 grams Quark (20% fat or cream cheese)
2 slices Mountain cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the buns in half and spread with quark. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Lay the sliced cheese on the other half of the bun and spread on the lettuce, tomato, celery and carrot. Put the buns together to make a sandwich and serve immediately. Goes well with a glass of milk.
