Quark and Radish Dip
Rinse, trim and finely grate radishes. Sprinkle radishes with salt and let stand until the water has been drawn out, about 10 minutes. Place radishes in a towel and squeeze to express water. Mix quark with creme fraiche and season with salt and pepper. Stir in mustard seeds, herbs and radishes. Season to taste.
Serve quark and radish dip with crispbread.
