- 8 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 250 grams Quark
- 200 grams low fat cream cheese
- 1 bunch Radish
- 1 bunch Chives
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch paprika
- Cress
Preparation steps

Rinse the chives, shake dry and thinly slice. Rinse the radishes, and grate on a box grater. Transfer the radishes to a bowl and lightly salt. Let stand 10 minutes, then drain well.

In a bowl, mix the quark with the cream cheese until smooth. Stir half of the quark mixture and the paprika into the radishes. Stir the chives into the other half of the quark mixture. Season both mixtures with salt and pepper.
3.
With a cookie cutter, cut the bread into heart shapes and spread with the two quark mixtures. Top each with a little cress and serve garnished with some radishes.
