The light dessert cream is impressive with its high protein content from the low-fat curd cheese, which promotes muscle building and prevents muscle loss, for example during a reduction diet. Anthocyanins from the blueberry have a preventive effect on heart and circulation diseases and can protect the body cells from harmful influences.
This sweet temptation also works with other berry varieties. More crunch can be added by adding almond slivers to the curd cream. A few mint leaves add an extra portion of freshness to the afterprice.

- 1 lemon
- 500 grams Blueberries
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 Tbsps Almond slivers
- 400 grams Quark
- 50 milliliters
- 2 Tbsps Raw cane sugar
- ground cinnamon
Preparation steps
Rinse the lemon, pat dry, grate the lemon zest and juice the lemon.
Rinse and pick over the blueberries. Drain. Toss together in a bowl with the honey and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Let stand 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast the almonds in a dry skillet and let cool.
Combine the quark in a bowl with milk, sugar and 1 pinch lemon zest until smooth. Spoon the blueberries and quark mixture into glasses, alternating layers.
Garnish with the almonds and sprinkle with cinnamon.
